About us
Global Reporting Initiative
The GRI is a leading organisation in the sustainability field. GRI promotes the use of sustainability reporting as a way for organisations to become more sustainable, while also contributing to sustainable development. In 2008, we partnered with Valparaiso University and Symbiotic Engineering to verify the integrity of our sustainability practices. Our report received an A+, which is their highest mark.
B Corporation
Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. B Corps are accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success in business and build a more inclusive and sustainable economy. Ecologic Designs has been a Certified B Corporation since 2013.
Green America
Ecologic Designs has been a member of Green America (formerly Co-Op America) since 2007. Green America is a nonprofit membership organisation based in the United States that promotes ethical consumerism. Green America’s mission is to harness economic power—the strength of consumers, investors, businesses, and the marketplace—to create a socially just and environmentally sustainable society.

The Best for the Environment Honorees are recognised for creating the most positive environmental impact. These companies have earned an environment score in the top 10% of all Certified B Corporations on the B Impact Assessment. In 2015, Ecologic Designs was recognised.
CRRA 2008 Best SME Report
CRRA is the only global annual awards for corporate responsibility reporting. They were developed to identify and acknowledge excellence in reporting. In 2008, Ecologic Designs was awarded the Best SME Report for their 2007 GRI report.
